  • PIN Declarant – 4 years brokering experience
  • Air & Sea Import/Export Documentation & Operations experience essential.
  • Local Freight forwarding experience – 5 years minimum
  • Logistics Coordinator (3PL)

This is a busy role that encompasses some key account management and ability to multi task across the department, its transport and coastal team.

Our company offers a range of services and solutions to its customers and manufacturing division. A global 3PL with its HQ in Singapore the business continues to grow requiring people who are enthusiastic and committed to providing a professional and dedicated performance throughout its operation.

You will be a good communicator, organised and capable of planning and prioritising tasks in order of urgency.

Much of the freight is containerised (FCL/LCL) with some consolidation and services including the company’s manufacturing and distribution of product, and importing of raw materials.

We are looking for high school graduates who are wanting to begin their careers in the logistics and supply chain industry. This will be full-time permanent work based in South Auckland and will provide the necessary training for your role. 
You must have excellent communication skills and be mature around others. 

We are looking for people with the following additional aptitudes;

  • Extremely reliable and punctual 
  • Have good time-keeping

It would also be advantageous to have your own reliable transport 

The roles available will vary from that of customer service, administration, accounts, and will look to grow with you. 

You must be legally able to work in New Zealand with either NZ Residency/Citizenship or a long-term working visa.
